This fall, the world’s leading minds on climate action will come together for Climate Week NYC. On September 27, the Javits Center will become The Nest, hosting a series of conferences dedicated to cutting-edge sustainable practices for the tourism and transportation industries.
As a Sustainable Travel and Leisure Program Partner of The Climate Group, NYC & Company will host an official Climate Week NYC event for the very first time. NYC & Company Talks: Building Sustainable Tourism Together will feature keynote speakers alongside three panels exploring the latest sustainability considerations for our industry, particularly the hospitality, cultural and meetings/events sectors. This event will run simultaneously with four other sustainability-focused conferences at The Nest, which will combine at the general session and lunch for stimulating networking and conversation.
The morning will start with breakfast and keynotes by industry leaders followed by the NYC & Company Talks program. Lunch, sponsored by Cultivated, will then take place followed by complimentary admission to Stop Food Waste NYC, an interactive teaching market that focuses on teaching our guests what they can do to make a difference and reduce food waste.
Your RSVP includes free admission to the full day’s events.
